Shipping policy

Free shipping on every order to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

Processing time

We prepare and ship orders within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 7 to 12 business days after your order ships. This is an estimate: customs, weather, holidays and carrier delays can make it longer.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. As soon as your package leaves the warehouse, we email you a tracking number. You can also follow it on our Track Your Order page.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

Check your address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away: we can fix it until the order ships. We can't be responsible for packages sent to an address that was entered incorrectly.

Late or lost packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for a while, or your package hasn't arrived within 20 business days after it shipped, contact us. We'll check with the carrier and, if the package is lost, send you a replacement or refund your order.
